Own and lead all employee onboarding processes for a 21-employee workforce, including new hire orientation, documentation, systems access, and compliance requirements.
Administer company-wide employee benefits programs, serving as the primary point of contact for enrollments, changes, and employee support.
Lead employee engagement strategy, planning and executing internal initiatives that support morale, culture, and retention.
Design, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to assess engagement and satisfaction; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Plan, manage, and execute internal and external company retreats (spring and fall), overseeing logistics, vendors, housing, budgets, and employee experience.
Maintain, update, and ensure compliance of the company employee handbook in alignment with federal and state regulations.
Own company-wide compliance training programs, administering required training through the Lorman platform and tracking completion.
Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company trade shows, managing logistics, timelines, housing, shipping, and on-site coordination.
