  1. Mainly using animal model to elucidate the precise mechanisms regulating intermediate AT2 cells biology and accumulation in lung fibrosis (IPF, AE-IPF).

  2. Investigating the therapeutic potential of intermediate AT2 cells, which is the stem-like cells in lung regeneration.

  3. Leverage spatial transcriptomes, mIHC (TSA) experiment to generate a spatial niche involved the crosstalk between AT2 and immune microenvironment.

  4. Performed in vivo lineage tracing of targeted fibroblast and co-cultured it with AT2 to support proposal in vitro and vivo.

  1. Applied IMC to help Chongqing Daping Hospital to investigate the reason of drug resistance in colon cancer "Spatiotemporal determinants of response to neoadjuvant radiotherapy and immunochemotherapy in locally advanced mismatch repair proficient rectal cancer (TRIUNITE-01):a phase 2 trial".

  2. Tested lung cancer FFPE slides using different mIHC methods, like MACSima platform (cooperated with University of Hong Kong) and Akoya PhenoImager Fusion.

  3. Assist fund declaration: FDCT-MOST (with Shanghai Jiaotong University), NSFC-FDCT (with Hunan University) and FDCT.
